Coaching can provide you with dedicated time and space which is yours to explore the issues most important to you. This could be managing the day-to-day impact of a challenging job, exploring and developing your leadership style, or support with personal issues which are impacting you at work.
Coaching is available 1:1 or within a small group of up to 5 people, and can be provided face-to-face or online. Sessions would usually be monthly, and can be arranged privately or organisationally.
